Will this create extra work for HR or require plan changes?

No. Driven runs a turnkey program — we handle employee engagement (onsite or virtual), co-branded communications, booking, and a single Driven liaison for coordination. All advisory and portfolio activity happens inside your existing SDBA and recordkeeper, so no plan redesign or ongoing HR operational lift is required.

Your Financial Roadmap

There is no cost required of the employer, and the SDBA Structure is already in place. Participation is voluntary for employees and any advisory fees or pricing are fully disclosed up front to participants.

Where is the SDBA in our recordkeeper and how do you work with it?

The SDBA already exists as a sub-account inside your plan (it may be labeled Schwab PCRA, Fidelity BrokerageLink, Vanguard SDBA, Empower/Alight Brokerage Window, etc.). We’ll show HR and employees exactly where the SDBA lives on your recordkeeper’s website with and step-by-step guidance so everyone can find and access it.

How is employee data and privacy handled?

We only access employee account information with the employee’s explicit consent, and we never share personally identifiable data with the employer without permission. HR receives anonymized participation and retirement-readiness reporting so you can measure impact without exposure to individual PII.
